How Can We Sleep 50 People In 12 Bedrooms?

Easily! The Lake Louisa Chateau boasts more than 11,000 square feet of interior space. Included in its massive area is a King bed, a Texas King Bed (2' wider than an ordinary King!), a California King Bed, 6 Queen Beds, 19 twins, and up to 9 rollaways or alternative sleepers.  All rooms are over-sized and most have full-scale commercial video game machines that reflect their themes and/or large-scale simulators (the Golf bedroom, for example, boasts a Queen-sized bed made from a real golf cart, a Golden Tee video game machine, and a 10' tall golf simulator)....

We're An All Adults Group. Is This Place For Us?

Absolutely YES ! While The Lake Louisa Chateau is perfect for entertaining families w/ kids, it's also very popular among all-adult corporate groups, all-adult social clubs, and even all-adult friends groups. The Chateau is a luxurious estate home with gorgeous finishes and especially comfortable bedding. There's even an enormous Texas King" bed in The Kentucky Derby room and a Boxing Trainer/Simulation Machine in the Ringside Bedroom! Of course, adults in every group love lazy days taking the pontoon boat out on the the gorgeous waters of the Clermont chain of lakes, trying out the Craigcat water vehicles, swimming in the Olympic-sized pool, singing their hearts out at indoor/outdoor karaoke, playing for hours on the golf & sports simulators, working out in the gym room with artificially intelligent on-screen training, using the various outdoor sports & games like the Chateau's disc golf course, trying out new recipes in the 4 kitchens, and so much more. The Lake Louisa Chateau provides countless opportunities for adults-only meetings, teambuilding, or just kid-free beautiful getaways in paradise.

....But...Will Small Children Like This?

Undoubtedly! There's plenty for kids to do too. The in-floor video game system has dozens of interactive programs for all ages...The many arcade game machines are always a hit...The outdoor inflatables never fail to entertain for hours, and the race car beds and amenities of the NASCAR room are a kids' dream come true. An entire day can pass your kids by in the awesome Olympic-sized pool w/ giant outdoor TV and karaoke ...There are so many places outdoors to run, to play, to dream, and to vacation "the old fashioned way" ...and then there are so many over-the-top modern electronic amenities...waiting for everyone when it's time to come in.

Teenagers LOVE The Lake Louisa Chateau. Their stay often begins by uploading countless photos of the rooms to their social media. Some even forget about their phones after the first day or so as they become too busy boating, splashing in the pool, playing human foosball, hanging out in the arcades, and so much more. This is a place your teens are going to brag to their friends about having visited!

Do The Kitchens Have All Of The Essential Appliances?

All that and then some! The largest of the 4 kitchens (The "George Foreman Kitchen") will likely serve as your central entertaining area along w/ the Quarter-Back Arcade Sports Kitchen right behind it and of course, the pool kitchen as well. There's plenty of refrigerator space, microwaves, cookware, coffee makers, and more! (Of course, The Chateau has an outdoor grill area as well).

Are There High Chairs and Cribs?

Affirmative! The owner keeps 2-3 pack-n-play cribs and high chair attachments! If you need 3, please call the booking agent ahead of time to see if one can be arranged.

Will You Provide Towels?

Tons! Each of the Chateau's bathrooms will has a full set of towels and plenty of additional pool towels are provided as well.

What Is The Nightly Rate? What Other Fees Are There To Consider?

Most of the year, it's $1795 per weeknight and $1980 per weekend  night. Interior departure cleaning is a flat $888 and there's a flat $488 amenities fee. State & local taxes total 11%. So, if you're staying from a Saturday-Tuesday, you'll have the first two nights at $1980/ea and the 3rd night (Monday) is a weeknight and thus, reduced to $1795. So 1980 x 2 + 1795 = $5,755. Add the $888 cleaning and $488 and you get a subtotal of $7,131. The 11% tax is $784.41 so your grand total would come out to $7,915.41.  Thus, it's less than $60 per person per night if you bring a full house ! Please note that there are surcharges for peak holiday weeks such as those of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. What Time Can We Check-In? What Time Must We Check-Out?

The owner and/or his wife (or other designee) will meet you on site for check-in & orientation at 4pm or anytime thereafter that you request. Checkout is at 10am. Sorry, but neither early check-in nor late check-out are possible when other families are departing on the  same day that you arrive or are arriving on the same day that you depart. If no one is coming or going when you checkout or checkin, then special arrangements can be made for a nominal fee.

Can I Have A Wedding Or Large-Scale Event On Site?

The Lake Louisa Chateau is a residential property. We do not work directly with guests to plan weddings or any similar events. If during the course of your stay, you wish to host your own reasonable-sized wedding on property, you may do so independently. Neither the owners nor the booking agent can assist with wedding planning or allow the hosting of any large-scale events. Please understand that loud music/noise that disturbs the surrounding community is strictly forbidden.

What's Your Cancellation Policy?

If you call a "timeout" and you need to cancel, rest assured that your deposit, minus a $285 cancellation fee, is fully refundable up until 120 days prior to your scheduled check-in.

Can You Hold My Dates For Me?

Accepted Answer

Not without a deposit, sorry. There's simply no way to do so in our system and even if we could allow it, it would bar other paying guests from being able to book the estate which, of course, wouldn't be fair to them. If you're SURE you want to make a reservation but need a little time to put the deposit together and/or to collect contributions from others traveling with you, then you CAN hold dates with a smaller $500 deposit instead of the regular 30%. To do this, simply enter 500now (all lowercase) as your "existing client access code" on our booking & payment form. This will charge you a *non-refundable* $500 now and the rest of your 30% deposit won't be due until 2 weeks later.

Can You Let Me Know If Someone Cancels? My Dates Aren't Available

Of course! Visit www.OrlandoAreaLuxuryRentals.com and use the link at the top of their site to add yourself to the waiting list. If anyone cancels within the date range you specify, you'll receive an email (and a text message) letting you know that the dates are open to book. Alternatively, you may find availability at one of our "sister" properties listed on their site. They're all enormous and intricately detailed with themes and amenities that are in the same class as the Chateau! The Ever After Estate was even featured on HGTV's "Most Outrageous Homes in America!

How Do I Reserve The Chateau? How Much Of A Deposit Is Required?

Simply click the "RESERVATIONS" button on our menu and select your dates OR choose a date range from month/year through month/year to see all available options in that range. Once you've found the perfect time to come, simply fill in the form and make your 30% deposit (paid by your choice of any major credit card, check, e-check, Zelle, wire transfer, or direct deposit). You'll receive confirmation via email and a rental agreement to e-sign. online). Agents will be available by phone, email, or text to assist in answering any questions you have! Will We Be Able To Use The Boats?

Yes! Included with every reservation is up to 4 hours' use of the pontoon boat and/or CraigCat motorized water vehicles. Additional hours can be purchased prior to arrival or on site at check-in. Click here for general rate info. An online boating safety course must be completed by each operator in order to be able to use any of the motorized boating equipment. Most courses can be done at your leisure and are free of charge. Click here for one such option. Please note that there is no fee nor any course requirements to have unlimited use of the non-motorized watercraft (i.e. canoe, kayak, etc;). How Far Is The Chateau From The Airport? From Stores & Restaurants? Disney World and Orlando's Others Theme Parks?...Beaches?

The Lake Louisa Chateau is in suburban Clermont, Florida-- a beautiful town with rolling hills (uncommon in Florida!) and a gorgeous chain of interconnected freshwater lakes. It's just over 1/2 hour to downtown Orlando, the entry gates of The Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Studios, etc; Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 40-45 minutes away. Private aviation can also land 35-40 minutes away at Leesburg Airport (KLEE). Stores, restaurants, and other local attractions are within about a short 8-12 minute drive (including Target, Wal-Mart, Outback Steakhouse, etc;). There are two lakefront beaches in Clermont (including one you can access via the Pontoon Boat or Craigcats right off our property at Lake Louisa State Park!). Cocoa/Daytona are within a <90 minute drive as are several beaches in the Tampa area.

Is The Lake Louisa Chateau Pet-Friendly ?

As long as you secure prior approval from the owners, you can bring up to 3 hypoallergenic, properly trained dogs. You'll need to submit proof of up-to-date vaccinations and 1-2 photos proving their adorability! There's a $89 fee per pet per day.

Is The House Wheelchair-Friendly?

As a private home, The Lake Louisa Chateau isn't designed specifically for guests in wheelchairs but there's certainly enough room for them to navigate the ground floors of the main house and guest house. There's even an on-site scooter available for rent.
