MAKING YOUR DEPOSIT
**Your booking becomes official when your 30% deposit has been made but if you need a little time to gather funds from members of your group and don't want to risk losing dates in the meantime, then we can also hold your reservation for up to 14 days with a signed reservation agreement and only $500 down! If you opt for the "500 down" deposit plan, then the due date for the rest of your 30% deposit won't be due until 14 calendar days after you make that initial $500 payment. However, if you cancel your booking at any point, then the original $500 is non-refundable. If you'd like to book with only $500 down, simply enter the following as your 'existing client access code' on our booking form: 500now (all lowercase).
***There is a fully refundable $1500 security/damage deposit due two weeks prior to check-in. Most guests never actually "pay" it but rather, they simply have us place a temporary $1500 hold on a credit card and then release that hold a few days after they've checked out. (Similar to the holds placed when renting a car.)

Professional chefs can cater meals ranging from simple poolside barbecues to elaborate multi-course gourmet feasts. Dinner rates tend to run from about $15-$30/person depending on your menu selections and frequency of service. Breakfast/lunch packages typically cost less than dinner packages. We only refer experienced chefs who've done great work for our guests in the past. Click here for an up-to-date list.
South Seas Co. puts on incredibly beautiful Hawaiian luau dinner shows by the pool. Their quality is every bit as elaborate as anything you'd see at one of Orlando's theme park hotels but the magic of having it performed exclusively for your own family or group is absolutely unforgettable. Luaus include decor, food, hula dancers, servers, music, and even an optional fire dance/stunt show! Ceremonial pig roasts are optional too.
